Dialect Payment Technologies Pty Ltd is owned by Transaction Network Services Inc. We are a payments and interactive transaction processing company with global clients who have both bought and licensed our products and services.
Dialect Payments was originally formed by News Limited (Queensland Press) in 2002, by combining QSI Payments with News Interactive, and subsequently sold to Joe Cross in July 2004. In June 2007, Transaction Network Services Inc. a leading provider of fast, cost effective data communications services for transaction-oriented applications acquired Dialect Payment Technologies.
