Dialect was formed in 2002 by the combination of the companies : QSI Payments and News Connect. The majority of the sucessful key people, products and processes from these founding companies are with Dialect today.
QSI Payments, formed in 1991, established a strong initial reputation in systems integration with excellent project management and customer support systems. QSI became a world leader in payment systems for banks and card associations. Customers included American Express worldwide, MasterCard, HSBC, and Virgin Blue.
News Connect was a multi-channel technology & marketing service company. It assisted enterprises and their marketing partners create profitable relationships by interacting more effectively with their customers.
Through the convergence of voice, wireless, data, Internet and payment infrastructure, News Connect, ensured access to reliable, innovative and cost-effective hosted interactive technologies.
