Hosted Payment (3-party payment processing)
If you prefer not to handle and secure the credit card details of your online customers, the 3-party model is the most appropriate for your website.
The 3-party model is similar to the 2-party process except that the merchant never sees the customer's credit card details. An extra party is introduced to the bank.
Unlike the 2-party process, the website does not have to be secured with SSL certificates as it does not actually handle the credit card details. At the time of payment, your customer is redirected to a web-page hosted by the Dialect Payment Server. This secure page which records the customer's card details so the payment server can process the transaction.
For merchants who have taken relevant steps to secure their website, an alternative approach is the 2-party process.
